1. To have the good learning ability, and to be highly prospective and sensitive to the current automation technology, information technology and development trend;
2. To graduate from the relevant majors such as Electronics, Software, Network or Automation of national formal junior college or above, and to have the work experience in relevant majors for more than 2 years;
3. To master at least one programming language of C/C++/C#/Java;
4. To have the experience in implementing more than 2 projects (MES, PLC and DCS), and those having the project experience are preferred;
5. To be familiar with more than one major network communication protocols (TCP/IP, modbus and web service);
6. Those who are familiar with the electrolyte and chemical generation process are preferred;
7. To work seriously, to have strong communication ability, to dare to accept challenges, and to be able to bear the work pressure and challenges;
8. To have strong enterprise and sense of responsibility, to have the teamwork spirit and independent work ability, and to adapt to traveling frequently.
