1. To have the bachelor’s degree or above, and to graduate from the computer-related majors;
2. To have the experience in Java software development for more than two years;
3. To be proficient in Java language and OOD (object-oriented design) method, to be proficient in the development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate and Mybatis, and to be proficient in Eclipse development tools;
4. To be proficient in mastering a kind of relational database, such as Oracle and MySQL;
5. To understand the software engineering concept and software development process, and to be able to use the project management tools, such as svn and cvs;
6. To have good professional ethics and work attitude, to work seriously and steadfastly, and to have strong sense of responsibility and enterprise;
7. To have good and standard programming habits and technical document compiling habits;
8. Those having the OA software research and development experience are preferred.
