1. To complete the project scheme connection with the customers, and to provide the project scheme at earlier stage;
2. To formulate the project work plan, and to timely communicate with the customers;
3.To predict the potential project risks, and to formulate and adjust the plans and contingency plans;
4.To draft the project documents, including the contents such as implementation scheme, personnel arrangement, major technical measures, equipment procurement scheme, resource allocation, project progress arrangement, risk control and treatment scheme, contract details and claim for damage;
5.To complete the connection with the departments inside the company, including scheme confirmation of technical department, project implementation details of production engineering department and finance and procurement departments’ collation of resources required.
