1.To graduate from the relevant majors such as Electric Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Automation and Electronic Circuit of junior college;
2. To have the teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, and to be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and to have good communication ability;
3. To have strong execution ability, planning ability and sense of responsibility, and to be good at finding problems and timely report and communicate;
4. To be able to adapt to various business trips and the plants’ office environment, and to be able to be independently settled in the plants for the debugging work.
